1 oz herb cheese – Allouette or similar
2 slices bacon crumbled
1/8 onion, chopped fine

This morning my zucchini plants had a ton of (male) flowers so I made Squash Blossom Salad for lunch.
I’m amazed at the picture – the flower really glows.
