I started this blog at XXX pounds on April 20th, 2009.
I have several goals:

  • Lose 20 pounds by June 1st. Eventually I want to get down to XXX-100 pounds or lower and stay there. I hope to lose roughly 1% of my weight each week so I will reach my goal in approximately 2 years.
  • Learn how I can stay satisfied on 1500 calories a day during the weight loss period.
  • Document the foods, recipes, and menus that work for me.
