Lately I have been paying close attention to my calorie intake on the daily basis. I wanted to find good recipes that will allow me to stay healthy yet taste good. Thank you for the recipe. I tried the lemon catfish the way that you have suggested and it was amazing.

Wow. Holy Mackerel!!! That actually looks pretty darn delicious if you ask me. I'm actually not a huge fan of sea food but every once in a while some good fish is great. I don't recall ever eating Mackerel though, how is it different from Salamon?

It looks like a pretty basic salad with the Mackerel on top. It's less healthy but I'd have to have it with the salad dressing instead of lemon juice. I'd probably have it with Caesar. I love Caesar and can't get enough of it.

Hi and thanks for the green curry recipe. It seems very delicious and still an easy to cook - I'm going to surprise my wife =) It will remind us of great time we spend in Thailand.

This tastes a lot better than the kind of "burnt toast" look it has!

These also make good chips or crackers - a bit crumbly - each one is only 10 calories

These are zucchini squash blossoms, but spaghetti squash ones are very similar. I have quite a few on my spaghetti squash plants if you want some - but they have to be picked in the morning or they close up.
